The [him] moderator finally received a copy of this statement from someone who works for one of the nongovernmental organisations ELEVEN days after it was issued. The international press has hardly picked up the statement or the story. Is the statement some kind of secret?
It has been reported to the [him] moderator that the attached statement was presented to diplomats and the local press at a celebration for UN day held at the UN Resident Coordinator's office on October 25th. Have any [him] readers seen any other reports in the local or international press or this statement posted anywhere else on the web? The [him] moderator can only comment in one of the official languages of the UN: “Mieux vaus tard que jamais.”

This editorial in the Lancet is clear about the challenge – provide as much assistance as possible without supporting misrule or inequitable distribution. This is sound guidance in any crisis or country.
Here is all about CCMs from the Global Fund Observer.
The [him] moderator would be happy to email you a copy of the report on pulling the plug in Myanmar. He knows you can still read [him].
It is said that some NGOs have issued a statement. The [him] moderator hasn't seen it. People working for at least five of the signatories are on the [him] list. … Would anyone in the NGOs involved be so kind as to forward to [him] a copy of the text so that he can distribute it?
