HIV incidence is decreasing in Myanmar

One of the most frequently asked questions of the [him] moderator is: "Do you believe that HIV is going down in Myanmar?" Yes, for the last five years he has thought that incidence is declining. And it has been for over a decade The graph on page 20 of the attached publication demonstrates this. It was produced with international technical assistance but is based on Myanmar data. You can compare Myanmar's decline in incidence with Cambodias in the other attachment. Both declines began BEFORE scaling up of the national AIDS responses!
