I'm turning 24, and just get married last year. First question is about my mysterious weight loss. I am losing weight bit by bit. A year ago, I went to general doc in Yangon, but doctor said there is no need to worry because a young girl can lose weight for many reasons like stress, study, sleep late, etc. So he said I will be just fine. It's been 2 years already. I keep losing weight and I'm like only 84 pounds right now and I can even feel my bones. Probably it is psychological thinking, I even feel hurt sometime when I sleep on the side, feel my bones are hurting since no fat on it. I never go for diet in my life. Eat a lot and many times, almost at all the time. Even before bed if i feel like eating, I would find something to eat.

Last October, I was sick badly, had high fever, tummy pain as well. So I went to hospital, got ultrasound as well, then found out I have right ovary cyst which is 3.7 x 2.9cm (+). The doc said it was not important and advised to see specific field of doc. Do I really need to see doctor now for cyst?

Another question is, about my body shape. I just got married and decided to get a kid in 2 or 3 year time. But these days I am so desperate about my breast. I have such a tiny breast. I feel not happy about my size of breast. I heard there are some people taking hormone pills which have estrogen and works. I tired breast cream for certain period of time already when I got married. But it doesn't work. So I am willing to go for hormone pills. Can you recommend me any good hormone pills for my breast enhancement? We live in …. When I tired online search about estrogen pills shop, cannot find any good source. Is that estrogen pills illegal thing? Is that required doctor prescription?

(1) Weight loss: Have you checked Chest X-ray? Do you have any contact history of a TB patient?

(2) Ovarian cyst usually does not cause weight loss. But an OG can give you the best advice. Have you read and tried what I wrote in the article? Please try out.

(3) Breast size: Be advised not to try hormone pills without prescription by a qualified doctor. I am sending three articles of mine.

I guess after marriage the size will increase. Sexual changes (desire, activities) can initiate hormonal changes which will help primary sexual organs (vagina etc.) and Secondary sex characteristics (breast etc.) to increase size and shape.
