ကုိယ္ဝန္ရွိ မရွိ ဆီးစစ္တဲ့ ဒစ္ဂ်စ္တယ္ ကရိယာေလးပါ။ တန္ဘုိးက စင္ကာပူ ေဒၚလာ ၂၅ ပါရွင္။ ေနာက္တခုကေတာ့ သမီးက ဝမ္းခ်ဴပ္ တတ္ပါတယ္။ တပတ္တခါ ဝမ္းႏုတ္ေဆး စားရပါတယ္ရွင္။ (DULCOLAX) ဆုိတဲ့ ေဆးပါ။ အဲဒီ ေဆးကုိ အၿမဲေသာက္ရင္ ကုိယ္ဝန္ကုိ ထိခုိက္ႏုိင္ပါသလားရွင္။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္ဟာ (႕႕႕႕႕) တိုင္းတြင္ ဝန္ထမ္းအျဖစ္ တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္ေနတဲ့ လူပ်ိဳတစ္ဦးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ၾသဂုတ္လအတြင္းက ဆုိင္ကယ္ accident ျဖစ္ၿပီးေဆးရံုတက္ရပါတယ္။ ေသြးစစ္တဲ့အခါမွာမွ HIV Positive ရွိမွန္းသိရေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ စိတ္အလြန္ထိခိုက္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ HIV က အရွင္းမေပ်ာက္ဘူး။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ART ေဆးေသာက္ရင္ ထိန္းထားႏိုင္တယ္လို႔သိရပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္သိခ်င္တာက CD4 ဆဲလ္ အေရအတြက္ ၂ဝဝ နဲ႔ ၃ဝဝ ေအာက္ေရာက္မွသာ ART ေဆးေသာက္ရတာလား။ CD 4 ဆဲလ္ 200နဲ႔ 300 အထက္မွာ ေသာက္ရင္ ရႏိုင္ပါသလား။ ၿပီးေတာ့ အျပင္ေဆးခန္းေတြမွာ ART ေဆးဝယ္ေသာက္လို႔ ရႏိုင္ပါသလား။ ဝယ္ရင္ ေဆးဖိုး တစ္လကို ဘယ္ေလာက္ ကုန္က်ႏိုင္ပါသလဲ။ ၿပီးေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္မွာ ရည္ရြယ္ထားတဲ့ မိန္းကေလးတစ္ေယာက္ရွိပါတယ္။ သူနဲ႔ လက္ထပ္တဲ့အခါမွာ သူ႕ဆီကို HIV ပိုး မကူးႏုိင္ေအာင္ သူ႔ကို ကာကြယ္ေဆးတိုက္ထားလို႔ရပါသလား။ ေနာက္ၿပီး ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ေမြးလာတဲ့ ကေလးကိုေရာ HIV ပိုးမကူးစက္ႏိုင္ေအာင္လုပ္လုိ႕ရႏုိင္ပါသလား။ ART ေဆးမေသာက္ဘဲ အားရွိတဲ့ အစားအစာတို႔ အားေဆးတို႔ေသာက္ၿပီး ကိုယ္ခံအားေကာင္းေအာင္ေနရင္ AIDS လက္ခဏာ ေတြျပႏိုင္ပါသလား။ ၿပီးေတာ့ HIV ပိုးရွိၿပီး ကိုယ္ခံအားေကာင္းေနမယ္ဆုိရင္ ေနာက္ထပ္ (၁ဝ) ႏွစ္ သို႔မဟုတ္ (၁၅) ႏွစ္ေလာက္ ံႏိုင္သလားဆိုတာ ေျဖၾကားေပးေစလိုပါတယ္။

I am a 25 years old mom, and I delivered my daughter in last August. On 24 August my doctor and I discussed about birth control. Then she let me to take injection of Depo shot for three months. Now I've got bleeding for nearly a week. I would like to know that bleeding will occur continuously for these three months or not? Can you advise me which medicine can I take to stop this bleeding?

I don't think bleeding will take very long. But it depends on person to person.
