We are working in (႕႕႕႕႕) now. We married 5 and half years ago. We are both 38 years old. Since we married, we never use contraceptive like condom or take medicine. We avoid the day only. Now we plan to have kids but can't get. Actually my sister is doctor (OG). She ask me to take Fertomid - 50 after menstrual for 5 days (one day each) for three months. This three months after taking medicine we make love alternate day .After took for 3 months still i didn't conceive. This month i take 2 tables for 5 days. My last menstrual was on 6 to 8 Dec. I took medicine 9 to 13 for five days (2 tablets each). But don't know this month I can conceive. Now our relationship is ok. But only problem is my orgasm takes 15 to 20 minutes starting from this year. We hardly get orgasm together especially me. So my hubby said if i don't get orgasm that's why I can't conceive. Is it true? I would like to know.

It is not true that orgasm plays a role for conception. The medicine, dose and course are correct. However it will help you to ovulate. If ovulation is the only problem it will be solved by this medication. There are other defects we have to correct: If the woman has closed or narrow uterine tube, if the man's sperm is weak both quantity and quality, if dates of intercourse are away from date of ovulation. Be encouraged because there are alternatives to treat infertility.

I would like to ask the medical questions about our fertility problem. We married last 2 and half years ago. We have never used any contraceptive things in my life. My cycle is 28 days. During mid of my cycle ( day 12 to day 14 ), we tried it alternatively. I tried the ovaluation kit(clear blue) to make sure my ovaluation times. I tested my urine early morning ( around 6 am). After intimate, I lay down around 15 to 20 mins in the bed. Unluckily, till now, there is no sign of preganancy. This early year 2012, I checked our problems with Professor Daw San San at Shin Pa Gu Clinics when we went back together to Yangon. She asked me to take the medicine for 5 days. After 5 days, tried to make baby. Still no luck. I have attached the medical check up documents for us.

I do not see if you got ovulation corrected with that medicine. Hopefully it will help. I see sperm actively motile = 35 which should be >50%. Therefore I send my writings on it.
