Myanmar National Strategic Plan for HIV and AIDS 2006 - 2010
Most national HIV strategic plans are unveiled and announced with a fanfare. For reasons which he cannot fully understand, this new one for Myanmar / Burma has been internally circulating with barely an external whimper.
