Nothing can prevent proxies being used. It is just a matter of time before they are used so successfully that all sites are visible inside Myanmar / Burma.

Irrawaddy reports that “Soldiers entered Traders Hotel, situated in the heart of Rangoon, near Sule pagoda, on Thursday and searched it room by room, according to sources.”
