This article first appeared in the Cambodia Daily and prompted some of my Khmer coworkers to ask: “Why didn’t he investigate how old they were?” It is basic journalistic practice to determine the facts. It appears he did not contact any experts on sex work while he was in the country. This ‘appears’ to be amateur journalism. Doyle does not return my emails.
