The [him] moderator has in the past been accused of WHO-bashing. He knows the organisation just a little too well. But Richard Garfield of WHO has stepped way out on a limb with his ludicrous recommendation that swimming lessons would save lives during water surges in coastal areas. Where is the evidence that swimming lessons would save lives? Isn't WHO supposed to take evidence into consideration before making recommendations? Where is your data and evidence, Dr Garfield?
