လူငယ္ေလးေတြ ဆိုးေပေတၿပီး နဂိုမူလ အက်င့္တိုင္း ျပန္လည္ ေသာက္စားလာတာေတြလည္း ေတြ႔ရပါ တယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္လည္း ဒါဟာ ခံသာေသးတယ္ ဆုိရမွာပါ။ ဘာျဖစ္လုိ႔လဲ ဆိုေတာ့ သူတို႔က ေသာက္စား ၿပီးေတာ့ သူတုိ႔ဘာသာ ဒုကၡေရာက္တာပါ။ ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲအေနနဲ႔ကေတာ့ အဲ့ဒီလို ျဖစ္သလို ေနလိုက္ၾကတဲ့ လူနာေတြကို ျပန္ကုေတာ့ ေငြကုန္ေၾကးက် ပုိမ်ား၊ လူပင္ပန္း စိတ္ပင္ပန္းေတာ့ ပိုျဖစ္ရတာေပါ့။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒီ အေျခ အေနကုိေတာင္ ခံသာတယ္လုိ႔ ေျပာေနတယ္ဆုိေတာ့ ဒီအေျခေနထက္ ဆိုးတာေတြရွိေနလုိ႔ ေျပာတာပါ။

ထိုင္း ျမန္မာ နယ္စပ္ရွိ Knowledge Zone Vocational Training ေက်ာင္းတြင္ အဂၤလိပ္စာ ထိုင္းစာ ႏွင္႔ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ သင္ယူေနသည့္ ေက်ာင္းသား ေက်ာင္းသူမ်ားကို ျပီးခဲ႔တဲ႔ တနဂၤေႏြ ေန႔က အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ား အဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ (ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ) မွ လိင္ ႏွင္႔ လိင္ ကြဲျပားမွႈ အေပၚ ခြဲျခားတဲ႔ အျမင္ (sex and gender) ေခါင္းစဥ္ျဖင္႔ ပညာေပး ေဆြးေႏြး သင္တန္းမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ႔သည္။

As more people in Myanmar join waiting lists for antiretroviral therapy, questions are being raised about the need for viral load testing. It is going to be some time before viral load testing is going to be available for more than a handful of people and its usefulness is limited if annual testing becomes the gold standard. There are much more important issues to address than viral load testing when expanding treatment access in the country.
