လူထဲကို ပိုးတမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး ဝင္လာတာနဲ႔ အဲဒါကို ခုခံတိုက္ဖ်က္ေပးမဲ့ ဆိုင္ရာ ဆိုင္ရာ Antibody (အင္တီေဘာ္ဒီ) ခုခံအားေတြ ထြက္လာတယ္။ HIV antibody စမ္းတယ္ဆိုတာ အဲဒါေတြ Blood ေသြးထဲ၊ Saliva တံေတြးထဲ နဲ႔ Urine ဆီးထဲမွာ ရွိေန-မေန စစ္ေဆးတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
