သားေၾကာ ျဖတ္ထားသူကို ကေလးျပန္ရေအာင္လုပ္ဘို႔ အေတာ္ေတာ့ ခက္ပါတယ္။ ခက္တာကို ရေအာင္ လုပ္ႏိုင္သူကို လူေတာ္လို႔ သတ္မွတ္ပါတယ္။ မရႏိုင္ေတာ့လို႔ ေသာကမ်ား မေနသူဟာလဲ ပညာရွိပါဘဲ။

အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ားကို ရာသက္ပန္ သား-သမီးမရေအာင္ လုပ္နည္း Permanent Sterilization ၂ နည္းရွိတယ္။ အမ်ားဆံုးသံုး-အမ်ားလည္း သိတဲ့နည္း ကေတာ့ သားအိမ္ျပြန္ကုိ ျခည္-ျဖတ္နည္းပါ။ သားအိမ္ျပြန္ထဲကုိ (စပရင္) လိုတခု ထည့္ေပးနည္းက ေနာက္တမ်ိဳးပါ။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ မဂၤလာေဆာင္အျပီးမွာ ၄ ရက္ေလာက္ေတာ့ အမ်ဳိးသမီးက ရာသီေသြးဆင္းတယ္ဗ်ာ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ သိတာက ရာသီေသြးဆင္းၿပီး (၇) ရက္အတြင္း ကေလးမရႏွိင္ဘူး။ (၇) ရက္ေျမာက္မွ ကေလးရႏွိင္တာ ဟုတ္ပါတယ္ေနာ္။ (၇) ရက္ေျမာက္ၿပီး အမ်ဳိးသမီး နဲ႔ (၆) ရက္ပဲ အတူတူေနရတယ္ဗ်။

Every two years there is a giant international AIDS conference. The IAC. The last one was in Vienna and next year it is in Washington DC. Alternating with these IAC conferences is the IAS conference, run by the same organisation, but attended mostly by scientists. One just ended in Rome.

Found the reference that the Australian MSF person must have been referring to. Though he got the figure incorrect. If beginning antiretroviral treatment at the 'new' CD4 threshold of 350 becomes national 'policy' then there are 120,000 people estimated to be in need of treatment.
