Aaah. Now we know why the US President and Hillary Clinton have not mentioned sterile needles and syringes in their recent speeches that some activists lauded. There will be no USAID money for needles and syringes. Nada. Shame on the US government. Though at least one cannot condemn them for hypocrisy; there is no federal funding for needles and syringes in the US, either.
