HIV ေဝနာရွင္ ကိုယ္ဝန္ေဆာင္မ်ားအား ေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈေပးေနေသာ BUD (Better Undisruptive Delivery) အဖဲြ႕မွ ရန္ပံုေငြ အခက္အခဲေၾကာင့္ လူနာအသစ္မ်ား လက္ခံရန္ ေခတၱရပ္ဆုိင္း ထားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း အဖဲြ႕ေခါင္းေဆာင္ ကိုေနမ်ဳိးထံမွ သိရသည္။

အေထြေထြ ေရာဂါ စစ္ေဆးၿခင္း၊ ဆရာဝန္မ်ား ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္အတိုင္း CD4 T-cell လဲ စစ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ စစ္ေဆးခ်က္ အရ ခုခံအား ေကာင္းေသးတာကို ေၿပာပါတယ္။ ပမာဏ ဘယ္ေလာက္ ရွိသလဲ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ မသိပါ၊ကြ်န္ေတာ့္အစ္ကို အား သူကိုယ္တိုင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ အားေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္။

“The HIV/AIDS rate of the Shan population is 8.75 percent, the highest among all ethnic minority groups in the region, according to a report by AIDS Care.” Huh? The AIDS Care website doesn't say 8.75%. The figure of 8.75% was first trotted out fifteen years ago. It has long been disproved. How sad that people are still using it.
