ART ေဆးဝါး အလံုအေလာက္ မရရွိသည့္အတြက္ HIV ေရာဂါ ပိုးရွိသူမ်ားမွာ ၄င္းတို႔၏ ကိုယ္ခံစြမ္းအားမ်ား က်ဆင္းေအာင္ ျပဳလုပ္၍ ေဆးရရွိရန္ ႀကိဳးပမ္း လာၾကေၾကာင္း NGO တစ္ခု၏ တာဝန္ရွိသူ တစ္ဦးထံမွ သိရသည္။

Comment on the MSF story
“I think we need to figure out issue of access and data in a lot of other places in-country before we keep ringing the funding bell. Shouldn’t we be including that in the equation and ringing that bell?
