အခု လက္ရွိ ျပည္တြင္း HIV/AIDS လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ ရာမွာ လိုအပ္တဲ့ ေငြရဲ႕ ၉၅ ရာခုိင္ႏႈန္း ခန္႔ဟာ အျပည္ျပည္ဆုိင္ရာ အလွဴရွင္ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားရဲ႕ လွဴဒါန္းမႈ မ်ားမွ တစ္ဆင့္ ရရွိေနတာ ျဖစ္တယ္ လုိ႔ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ ခုခံအား က်ဆင္းမႈ ကူးစက္ေရာဂါ ဆုိင္ရာ အမ်ဳိးသား မဟာဗ်ဴဟာ စီမံကိန္း အရ သိရပါတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီလို ေဆာင္ရြက္ ရာမွာ ကမၻာ့ရန္ပံုေငြ အဖြဲ႔ The Global Fund ဟာ ၂၀၁၁ ခုႏွစ္က စတင္ၿပီး ၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္အထိ ငါးႏွစ္တာ ကာလ စီမံကိန္း အတြက္ ရန္ပံုေငြ ေထာက္ပံ့ ေပးဖို႔ သေဘာ တူခဲ့ၿပီး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ ခုခံအား က်ဆင္းမႈ ကူးစက္ေရာဂါ ဆုိင္ရာ အမ်ဳိးသား မဟာဗ်ဴဟာ စီမံကိန္း အရ လာမယ့္ ၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္မွာ မိခင္မွ ကေလးငယ္ မ်ားသို႔ HIV ပိုး ကူးစက္မႈ အႏၲရာယ္ ေလ်ာ့နည္း သြားေစဖုိ႔နဲ႔ HIV ပုိးရွိတဲ့ ကုိယ္၀န္ေဆာင္ ၈၀ ရာခုိင္ႏႈန္းေက်ာ္ အတြက္ ARV ေဆး၀ါး ကုသမႈမ်ား ရရွိေစဖုိ႔ အတြက္ ရည္မွန္း အေကာင္ အထည္ေဖာ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ လ်က္ရွိတယ္လို႔ သိရပါတယ္။ HIV ပိုးရွိ ကုိယ္၀န္ေဆာင္ မိခင္ေတြမွာ ကေလးငယ္ကို ပိုးကူးစက္မႈ ေလ်ာ့နည္း ပေပ်ာက္ေစေရး အတြက္ ARV ေဆးကို ကိုယ္၀န္ ၁၄ ပတ္ ကစၿပီး ေသာက္သံုး ႏုိင္တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

စီမံကိန္းမွာ ေဆာင္ရြက္ လ်က္ရွိတဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား အေနနဲ႔ အႏၲရာယ္ ရွိတဲ့ လိင္ဆက္ဆံမႈနဲ႔ မူးယစ္ေဆး၀ါး ထိုးသြင္းမႈ တို႔ေၾကာင့္ HIV ပိုးကူးစက္ျခင္းကို ကာကြယ္ေရးနဲ႔ HIV ပိုးကူးစက္ ခံရသူမ်ား၊ AIDS လူနာမ်ား အတြက္ စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ ၿပီးျပည့္စံုတဲ့ ျပဳစု ကုသ ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ ဒါ့အျပင္ HIV ပိုးကူးစက္ ခံရသူမ်ား AIDS လူနာမ်ားနဲ႔ ၎တုိ႔ရဲ႕ မိသားစုမ်ား အေပၚ ဆိုးက်ဳိး သက္ေရာက္မႈမ်ား ေလ်ာ့နည္း ေစေရးနဲ႔ HIV ေရာဂါနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္တဲ့ အသိပညာေပး လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားကို ေဆာင္ရြက္ လ်က္ရွိတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
