”အစီရင္ခံစာအရ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ HIV ပိုးကူးစက္ခံရမႈႏႈန္းက ဆယ္ႏွစ္အတြင္း မွာ ၇၄ ရာခုိင္ႏႈန္းေလာက္အထိ က်ဆင္းသြားတယ္။ အခုလို ေရာဂါကူးစက္ခံရမႈႏႈန္း ေတြ က်သြားရတာက ျပည္သူေတြအၾကားမွာ HIV နဲ႔ ပတ္သက္တဲ့ အသိပညာ ဗဟုသုတေတြ တုိးလာလို႔ပဲ။ အရင္က HIV ကူးစက္ခံရမႈႏႈန္း ျမင့္မားတဲ့ Drug user ေတြၾကားမွာ ကူးစက္ခံရမႈႏႈန္းက ၄၄ ရာခုိင္ႏႈန္းရိွေပမယ့္ အခုဆုိရင္ ၂ဝ ရာခုိင္ ႏႈန္းပဲ ရိွေတာ့တယ္” ဟု ၄င္းကဆုိသည္။
