HIV ေဆးကို ေနာက္ဆံုး WHO ကသတ္မွတ္ခ်က္ဟာ CD4 အေရအတြက္ ၅ဝဝ အထိက်ေနသူတိုင္းကို ARVs/ARTs ေဆးေပးဘို႔ လမ္းညႊန္ခ်က္ ထုတ္ထားျပီးပါျပီ။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွာ အေဟာင္းအတိုင္း CD4 350 အထိ က်ေနသူေတြကိုသာ ေဆးေပးဘို႔ မူရွိေနပါေသးတယ္။ မူရွိေပမဲ့ လူတိုင္းေဆး မရၾကေသးပါ။ ပိုဆိုးတာက နယ္စပ္မွာ အျပင္ဖိအားေတြရွိေနတာမို႔ CD4 200 အထိက်ေနမွသာ ေဆးေပးရတဲ့အျဖစ္မ်ိဳးရွိေနပါသတဲ့။
