လိင္ကတဆင့္ကူးတဲ့ HIV ပါရွိေနသူဆိုရင္ Acute infection ေစာေစာပိုင္းကတည္းက ကုရင္ေကာင္းတယ္။ Mild liver disease အသဲေရာဂါ နည္းနည္းေလးသာ ရွိေနသူေတြ ေဆးမလိုေသးပါ။ Moderate liver damage အသဲေရာဂါ အသင့္အတင့္ ဆိုးလာသူေတြက Cirrhosis အသဲေျခာက္တာ ဆက္ျဖစ္စရာမ်ားလို႔ ေဆးကုသရမယ္။

လိင္ဆက္ဆံရာကရတဲ့ ကလာမုိင္းဒီးယားလုိ အျဖစ္မ်ား ကူးဆက္ေရာဂါေတြကေန ဂႏို-ဆစ္ဖလစ္၊ လိင္အဂၤါစပ္ေရယုန္၊ လိင္အဂၤါမွာ ေပါက္တဲ့ ၾကြက္ႏို႔ေတြကေန အိပ္ခ်္အုိင္ဗီြ အထိ။ ေနာက္ အသည္းေရာင္အသား၀ါ၊ ဘီပိုး ကာကြယ္ေဆး ထုိးမလား ။ သေႏၶတားနည္းေတြက မ်ိဳးစုံ။ ကြန္ဒုံေတြ အလကား။ တခါ ပုံမွန္စားေဆး၊ ထုိးေဆးေတြမလုိ။

ကြ်န္မ သူငယ္ခ်င္း တစ္ေယာက္ လြန္ခ့ဲတ့ဲ ၇ ႏွစ္ေလာက္က HIV positive ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ ေဆး မွန္မွန္ေသာက္ရင္း မႏွစ္က ေဆးစစ္ေတာ့ HIV negative ျဖစ္ေန ပါတယ္။ ထပ္ခါထပ္ခါ စစ္တာလဲ ဒီအေျဖ ပါပဲ။ သူ႔ အမ်ိဳးသမီးကလဲ negative ပါပဲ ဆရာ။ HIV ကို ေပ်ာက္ႏိုင္တ့ဲ ေဆးမရွိဘူးလို႔ သိထားေတာ့ ဒါက ဘယ္လိုျဖစ္တာပါလဲ။

ကမၻာေပၚက AIDS ေရာဂါ ေဝဒနာရွင္ သန္းေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ အတြက္ ကုစားႏိုင္မယ့္ ကုထံုးတရပ္ ေဖာ္ထုတ္နိုင္ဖို႔ဟာ သိပၸံ ပညာရွင္ေတြ စိုးရိမ္တာထက္ ပိုျပီး ခက္ခဲ နိုင္တယ္လို႔ သုေတသန ေတြ႕ရိွခ်က္ အသစ္ေတြက ေဖာ္ျပ ေနပါတယ္။
