AIDS ေရာဂါဟာ အထူးကူးစက္ျမန္ ေရာဂါလို႔ မသတ္မွတ္ႏိုင္ပါဘူး။ လူနာကို ထိရံု သူ႕ပစၥည္းကိုင္ရံုနဲ႔လည္း မကူးစက္ႏုိင္ဘူး။ လူလူခ်င္း ဆက္သြယ္ေရးမွာ ဆိုရင္လည္း လိင္စပ္ယွက္ျခင္း ေၾကာင့္သာလွ်င္ AIDS ကူးစက္ႏိုင္တာ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အထက္က တင္ျပခဲ့တဲ့ အတိုင္း ကြာရန္တိုင္းကို က်င့္သံုးေနတဲ့ တိုင္းျပည္ေတြ ရွိေနေသးပါတယ္။ က်ဴးဘူးမွာဆိုရင္ ဗိုင္ရပ္စ္စစ္လို႔ ပိုးေတြ႕ေနသူတိုင္းကို “ကြာရန္တိုင္း” လုပ္ထားတယ္လို႔ ဆိုတယ္။
