အိတ္ခ်္အိုင္ဗြီပိုး ရၿပီးသူေတြရဲ႕ ေသြးထဲမွာ ဒီပိုးကို တန္ျပန္တိုက္ဖ်က္ဖို႔ ထုတ္ထားတဲ့ ပစၥည္းတစ္မ်ိဳး ရွိပါတယ္။ အဲဒါကို “ပဋိပစၥည္း” လို႔ ေခၚပါတယ္။ ဒီပဋိပစၥည္းဟာ ေရာဂါပိုးကို ကုိယ္စားျပဳတဲ့ သေကၤတပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အိတ္ခ်္အိုင္ဗြီပိုး ရွိမရွိ ေသြးစစ္တယ္ဆိုတာ ဒီပဋိပစၥည္းကုိ စစ္ေဆးျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီပဋိပစၥည္းဟာ ေရာဂါပိုး ကိုယ္ခႏၶာထဲေရာက္ၿပီး သံုးလေလာက္ၾကာမွ ေသြးမွာ ေပၚပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေရာဂါပိုး ဝင္ၿပီးၿပီးခ်င္း ေသြးစစ္ရင္ ေရာဂါပိုး ရွိမရွိ မသိႏိုင္တာပါ။
