Hormone therapy ေဟာ္မုန္းေပးနည္းမွာ Estrogen နဲ႔ Progesterone ၂ မ်ိဳးေပးတာရွိတယ္။ Hot flashes မ်က္ႏွာ နီျမန္းတာ နဲ႔ Vaginal dryness (ဗဂ်ိဳင္းနား) ေျခာက္ေသြ႔တာအတြက္ ေကာင္းတယ္။ တာရွည္ ေပးလို႔ေတာ့ မေကာင္းျပန္ဘူး။ ဘာလို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ Heart attack ႏွလံုး (အတက္ခ္) ရတာ၊ Stroke (ဆထုပ္ခ္) ျဖစ္တာ၊ Breast cancer ရင္သား-ကင္ဆာေတြ ပိုျဖစ္ေစႏိုင္တာ Estrogen ေၾကာင့္ ပိုျဖစ္ေစႏိုင္တယ္။
