၅ လ အၾကာမွာစစ္ရင္ HIV ပိုးအတြက္ အေျဖမွန္ရႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ေျခေထာက္က အဖုေတြက HIV နဲ႔ သိပ္မဆိုင္ပါဘူး။ သာမန္ အေရျပားေရာဂါလည္း ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ပထမတစ္ခါ Non-reactive လို႔ အေျဖထြက္ထားတဲ့ အတြက္စိတ္မပူပါနဲ႔ မ်ားေသာအားျဖင္႔ ကာလသားကို ေသြးစစ္ဖို႔ ေမ့တတ္တဲ့အတြက္ HIV ေသြးစစ္ရင္ တြဲျပီး စစ္ပါ။
