လက္ရွိ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွာ HIV ပိုး ရွိေနသူေပါင္း ၁ သိန္း၊ ၉ ေသာင္းနီးပါးရွိေနတယ္။ ART ေဆးလိုအပ္ေနသူက ၁ သိန္း၊ ၂ ေသာင္းေက်ာ္ ရွိေနတယ္လို႔ က်န္းမာေရး ဝန္ႀကီးဌာန ထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္က ဆိုတယ္။ ျမန္မာျပည္မွာ HIV/AIDS က်ဆင္း၊ ေပ်ာက္ကင္းႏိုင္ပါေစ။

HIV ကုသနည္းသစ္ကို ပထမဆံုးလူနာေတြကိုစမ္းသပ္နည္း လုပ္ေနပါျပီ။ အလားအလာေကာင္းတယ္လို႔ ၈-၄-၂ဝ၁၅ ေန႔ထြက္ (လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ၄ နာရီက) ေဆးသုေတသနသတင္းက ဆိုပါတယ္။
