ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္တြင္ HIV/AIDS ေရာဂါသည္မ်ားအား ျပဳစုေစာင့္ေရွာက္သည့္ အဖြဲ႕အေနျဖင့္ Charity Social Service (CSS) တစ္ခုတည္းသာ ရွိၿပီး အဆုိ ပါအဖြဲ႕အစည္း၏ အကူအညီျဖင့္ ART ေဆးေသာက္သံုးသူ ကေလးၿမိဳ႕ တြင္ ( ၄၀၀) ေက်ာ္၊ ဖလမ္းၿမိဳ႕တြင္ (၁၅) ဦး၊ ဟားခါးၿမိဳ႕တြင္ (၄၀) ေက်ာ္၊ တီးတိန္ ၿမိဳ႕တြင္ (၂၅) ဦး၊ ထန္တလန္ၿမိဳ႕တြင္ (၂၀) ဦး စုစုေပါင္း (၅၀၀) ၀န္းက်င္ရွိကာ အဓိကအားျဖင့္ အသက္ (၂၀) မွ (၅၀) ၀န္းက်င္ လူမ်ားျဖစ္သည္။
