လက္ရွိျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွာ အိပ္ခ်္အိုင္ဗီြေရာဂါအတြက္ ေအအာတီေဆးေတြကို ႏိုင္ငံတကာ အကူအညီေၾကာင့္ လံုလံုေလာက္ေလာက္နီးပါး ရရွိေနေပမယ့္ ပညာေပး တာကေတာ့ ေလ်ာ့နည္းလာတယ္လို႔ အိပ္ခ်္အိုင္ဗီြ၊ ေအအိုင္ဒီအက္စ္နဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး ကူညီလႈပ္ရွားေနသူေတြက ေျပာပါတယ္။

လိင္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာတုန္႔ျပန္မႈ စက္၀ိုင္း (Sexual Response Cycle)ဆိုတာက လူတေယာက္ လိင္စိတ္ျဖစ္ေပၚလာၿပီးေတာ့ ႏိႈးဆြျခင္း၊ လိင္ဆက္ဆံျခင္း၊ တကိုယ္ ေရ စိတ္ေျဖျခင္း စတဲ့ ကိစၥေတြျပဳလုပ္ခ်ိန္မွာ ရွိလာတဲ့ စိတ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ နဲ႔ ႐ုပ္ ပိုင္ ဆိုင္ရာ အေျပာင္းအလဲေတြရဲ႕ အက်ိဳး ဆက္ေတြ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီစက္၀ိုင္းရဲ႕ အဆင့္တိုင္းမွာ ကိုယ္ခႏၶာရဲ႕ တုံ႔ျပန္မႈ ေတြ ကို သိထားျခင္းအားျဖင့္ ကိုုယ့္ရဲ႕ အေဖာ္နဲ႔ ဆက္ဆံေရးကို ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္ေစႏိုင္သလို လိင္မႈကိစၥဆုိင္ရာ ျပႆနာ ေတြရွိခဲ့ ရင္လည္း ေဖာ္ထုတ္ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ဖို႔ အေထာက္အကူျဖစ္ေစပါတယ္။
