Thingyan release

24,896 prisoners will be released for Thingyan. About a quarter of detainees in the country. This will partly relieve the inhumane overcrowding in Myanmar prisons. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1LKK6hF1bG8d5wxbcFybW4GMOwQONZ1yS Jamie
