Two comments on this paper on cash transfers, behaviour change communication, and undernutrition in Myanmar. https://www.nber.org/papers/w28443 I can’t find evidence that ethical review panel clearance was obtained for the experiment. And there are no Myanmar authors listed. Anyone care to comment? Jamie
