"At a public dinner with lots of key persons from the UN, ASEAN, and human right commissions, the Myanmar government official disgraced the Myanmar government by behaving badly. He pointing his fingers, shouted here and there from his table, went to women from other countries at other tables and touched their cheeks, etc. This happened after drinking a couple of glasses of wine."
