A while back I posted the Global Fund Inspector General Report on Myanmar.

And have received this comment:

"I am rather dismayed at the few players who can join the game (page 8) - and would like to know how their organizations have expanded in Myanmar over this same time period compared to the results listed on pages 4, 5, and 6. After this many years working in the country, the "expertise" of reporting requirements/formatting donor reports & budgets, etc., should have been passed along so that a wider pool of talent/organizations can be competitive in accessing these funds with hopefully a better result."

The PRs and CCM should take note. Centralisation of power is not always best.
