If there are individual health benefits for all people living with HIV regardless of CD4 cell count then the newly-released Myanmar national treatment guidelines are already outdated
It is time for new estimates and projections. If we use the old ones then today there are an estimated 176,941 people living with HIV in Myanmar who need antiretroviral treatment.
How many are on treatment? 60 or 70 thousand? We are about of a third of the way there.
