ADB does not prioritise health in Myanmar

The Asian Development Bank has just published a report on Myanmar's potential. The Bank fails to focus on health in its areas for priority action and for the most immediate attention. Page XV and Page XVI.

This is a remarkable omission. Can any ADB staff or consultants name a single poor country that has made a lot of progress without treating health as an immediate priority?
