Status of Operation/Construction or Implementation Progress

A hand-over mission is planned in October 2014, and a special review in November 2014. While the PMU has been established, most of the staff had moved to some other functions in the Ministry. ADB recommended to engage two staff consultants to assist in jumpstarting project implementation. These staff consultants, engaged and funded by ADB, are expected to be mobilized in late Oct or early Nov. Priority task includes establishment of imprest account and recruitment of 5 individual international consultants under the Project.
