A glance at the maps in this newish report shows that Myanmar / Burma is not accountable. No surprises there. What is shocking is that the country made no report to the UN Secretary General about HIV last year. The [him] moderator was informed by an anonymous UN staff person that a report was made, but the report has never been made public on the UNAIDS or ICASO websites. One wonders whether the UN staff person was misinformed about the government submitting a report.
