The restriction letter has come such a time before election is a worse gesture from the authorities to PLHIV on humanitarian grounds to lock them in a so-called safe place where PLHIV will never give up on helping each others. PLHIV love Myanmar rather than DOH, in the view of humanitarian assistant. Nevertheless, 240,000 PLHIV and their families will also vote in 2010 election! On which side?????
