I think this is rubbish - not only for the journal but also the reviewers.

I don't want to open it - to increase their "reads", but can imagine the data would have so many holes in it, that I wouldn't know how a reviewer could accept.

Most authors except the first, third and fourth ones (MOH, NPT) are from the military academy.

The authors of the paper do not mention that the reason containment measures 'worked' was because of the brutal repression of dissent in late 2021.
