Myanmar calls for communal efforts to prevent another wave as Covid-19 positivity rate falls below 5% for 14 consecutive days

As the Covid-19 positivity rate in Myanmar from October 24 to November 6 has fallen under 5 percent for 14 days in succession, the Ministry of Health has reported that the third wave has come to an end, and that it is the concern of all citizens to prevent another wave from occurring.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), once Covid-19 infection rate drops below 5 percent for 14 days in a row, the region concerned has put the outbreak under control and it has liberated itself from the calamity of infection.
WHO has stated that if in a region the infection rate of Covid-19 falls to below 5 percent for 14 days in succession that region is considered to be under control, and that things return to normal, and that the region has freed itself from the dreadful state of contagion.
In Myanmar the positivity rate of Covid-19 dropped to below 5 percent since October 24, and on that day it was 4.83%. On Oct 25 it was 4.11%. On October 26 it was 4.83%, on October 27 it was 4.87%. On October 28 it was 4.23%. On October 29 it was 4.47%. On October 30 it was 3.82%. On October 31 it was 4.40%. On November 1 it was 4.56%. On November 2 it was 4.30%. On November 3 it was 3.32%. On November 4 it was 4.41%. On November 5 it was 4.65% and on November 6 it was 4.20%.
