Jason Eligh of UNODC is the only head of a UN system organisation in Myanmar that uses Twitter to tell us all what is going on. Though the [him] moderator may be wrong, it appears that he is the only person in the UN in the country to use it. This requires courage and demonstrates integrity. Will anyone else join him?
