I'm unsure what "unfair competition to legal businesses" in the second para means to the Ministry of Information of Myanmar.

Sale of imported pharmaceuticals to be held in Tatmadaw Hall next month

A THREE-DAY sales expo of imported pharmaceuticals and medical equipment will be held from 27-29 April at the Tatmadaw Hall, said U Zaw Moe Khaing, the chair of the Myanmar Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Entrepreneurs Association.
“The objective behind the expo is to promote legitimate businesses. At present, illicit trade of unregistered drugs and medications that have failed FDA tests is being witnessed on social networks. These give unfair competition to legal businesses. This being the case, we would like to promote legal businesses through the expo,” said U Zaw Moe Khaing.
“We aim to encourage legal importers and distributors of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, improve the pharmaceutical industry, put FDA-approved medicines directly into the hands of the consumers, and improve medical knowledge,” said Dr. Win Kyaing, the general secretary of the MPMEEA.
As part of the expo, the Food and Drug Administration Department will organize health seminars to raise awareness on public health.
Over 150 stalls at the expo will showcase pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, medical equipment and instruments, hospitals and healthcare services, dental care, laboratories, sports (fitness) and asthetic and plastic surgery, Dr. Win Kyaing added.
At the expo, exhibitors will also offer special discounts for pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, and free gifts to visitors.
