Today I have made four thousand postings to Health In Myanmar, formerly HIV Information for Myanmar [him]. Some of the early postings were un-numbered and loyal readers know I have made mistakes in sequential numbering of the posts on many occasions.

I lost subscribers when I started calling out the Myanmar Rohingya genocide four years ago. And some of you don't like me asking questions about your programmes. But that's OK. I'm still going to make postings and ask challenging questions.
