Here is a recently-published paper on the treatment of people living with HIV in two governmental facilities in Yangon. You can download it easily at:

I have several comments and welcome those of readers.
1) No one knows how many members of key populations are getting treatment. And the authors don't appear to want to find out.
2) Almost 80% of people first presented with symptoms of disease or immunocompromised or both. They are at high risk of dying.
3) Almost no one is prescribed IPT to prevent tuberculosis. How many years must the struggle to convince doctors there to prescribe IPT go on?
4) All people living with HIV need immediate treatment. Test and treat the same day should be the standard of care.
5) If we assume that Waibargi and Insein hospitals offer the highest standard of care in governmental health facilities in the country, what is care like at other government facilities?
