A tweet from UNOPS arrived on my Twitter timeline yesterday:
.@3MDGfund @UNOPS finding&treating #TB in 22 townships #Myanmar #WorldTBDay #Reach3million http://www.3mdg.org/ pic.twitter.com/5mxWE7jjc6
As it was World TB Day I thought I would go to the 3 MDG Fund site and see how many TB patients they had helped to treat last year in their 22 townships. It looked like they were saying three million which I thought was much too high.
I couldn't find the information. Does the 3MDG Fund and UNOPS not think it is important for accountability to say how many cases were detected and treated or is tweeting about it enough for them?
