Seven Sisters Coalition and its individual networks will be submitting proposal / project briefs or concepts to ASEAN Secretariat in line with the tracks/components identified in the proposed Third ASEAN Work Programme 2006-2010.

The submision date is 30 September 2006. The proposal template is attached. It should be 2-3 pages long. You will notice it does not require submission of a budget. Thus the proposals are more a 'suggestion' to ASEAN on the regional work that can be carried out rather than a 'request/call for funding'. Be that as it may be we feel we should participate in the process.
