Look at page 44 of this HIV prevention scorecard. Myanmar is listed as having 'insufficient data' on programme coverage and condom use among sex workers and men who have sex with men. Data is sufficient for people who inject drugs.

I call this bullshit. The data are there. Myanmar chooses not to collate and report the data.

The 'insufficient data' or 'no data' game has been played long enough. Time for the Myanmar government to be accountable for its actions and report on them.
