Remember those two graphics posted last week http://www.hivinfo4mm.org/?p=4466? Here is a more extended analysis of the [him] moderator's problem with the TB/HIV one:

Infographic: 120,000 Number of people living with HIV/AIDS who need lifesaving antiretroviral (ARV) medications.
Alternative text: There are an estimated 120,000 people living with HIV who are currently eligible for antiretroviral treatment.
(All people living with HIV will need antiretroviral treatment and 'lifesaving' creates a tautology.)

Infographic: 75% Percentage of people with HIV/AIDS without access to ARVs
Alternative text: Two thirds of these people are not currently taking antiretroviral treatment.
(40,000 is a third of 120,000)

Infographic: 15,000 - 20,000 Estimated number of people living with HIV/AIDS who die annually
Alternative text: An estimated fifteen to twenty thousand people with HIV die every year.
(People with HIV may die of "AIDS" or may die anyway.)

Infographic: MSF is currently treating more than 23,000 HIV patients in Myanmar, more than any other actor in the country.
Alternative text: Medecins sans Frontieres (Holland) is currently treating 23,000 people with HIV, about half of those being treated in the country.
(In my opinion, the most important point is that MSF (H) is doing a lot, not that is it leading the pack."
