What is the status of the Law on Drugs that is still under review. What will happen if the policy is in conflict with the law or how will it be ensured that it isn't in conflict with the law?

Will the drug policy development process be a transparent, inclusive and meaningful one and not simply to comply with international norms? Who is taking minutes, with whom will they be shared, what are the criteria for inclusion of principles and practices, how is endorsement organized?

How will harm reduction be included? Will it?
