The international World AIDS Day theme this year is "Stop AIDS. Keep the Promise - Leadership"

"Since "leadership" is a sensitive issue these days in this neck of the woods, the National AIDS Programme has officially changed it to "Stop AIDS. Keep the Promise. Reduce stigma & discrimination, all are human beings". Do you think they even realize that especially for stigma and discrimination, this requires the utmost in leadership?"
