I can't see that any health sector experts were involved in developing it. It continues to propagate the hot climate myth. And most of the public health recommendations are necessary but not sufficient to control the epidemic.

BoJo would love the idea that "Myanmar will probably have to allow people to continue working, pursue a mitigation strategy, and accept an (unknown number of) coronavirus-caused deaths."
