National or countries at federal or central level are not the only governments that can take action on public health. States, divisions, provinces, and cities can do it. Here is an example from Shan State.

I don't know if smoking is prohibited only at this event or at all sporting events in the state. Can any readers inform me? How is the ban enforced?
