Statement on the MDGs made in New York

Nyan Win stated that activities by the National AIDS Programme reduced HIV prevalence in Myanmar. Prevalence may not have dropped much: we may now just have better data. It is mostly not the activities of the National AIDS Programme responsible for successes. It is the activities of many other nongovernmental actors. Under the leadership, of course, of the NAP.
